Conclusion
Based on our excel data, we could find out that we cost a lot of money. Because of Jose mentioned that no communication between each group, therefore we can’t get any information from others. We can only guess that the amount of orders from the wholesaler. If we use ICT, each group can share the information such as how much beers the wholesaler wants to order and get more information from factory and retailer. Moreover we will have communication between each group. If we know that the exactly amount of beers for incoming order, we will have less beers in backorder and inventory. After that we can reduce the cost and earn more money.
